Operational Risk Management
Operational risks are an integral part of the CCP business. It could arise from inadequate internal processes, people, systems and infrastructure. The core operations of both CCPs is dependent to a significant extent on the availability, adequacy and effectiveness of its frameworks, policies, processes and procedures. The key frameworks, policies and procedures are designed in line with PFMI Principle 17 and will continue to be reviewed to ensure that the effectiveness and adequacy of the implementation are in accordance with global best practices and standards.
