leadership of the Board, as guided by the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance (Code) which was
revised on 1 October 2007. This Statement on the Company's corporate governance practices is made
in compliance with paragraph 15.26 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
(LR).
