  1. Do we have a Sustainability strategy and focus area?

  2. Have we aligned our desired Sustainability strategy to our corporate strategy?

  3. Are we managing Sustainability within the organisation?

  4. Do we have a dedicated team to help drive our Sustainability agenda?

  5. Do we have an annual Sustainability budget?

  6. Is any person/committee accountable?

  7. Do we have a Sustainability Committee?

CR Frameworks

  1. Do we adopt framework(s) to help manage our Sustainability against good practices?

  2. Are these framework(s) fully adopted?

  3. Do we know how well these framework(s) are being applied?

  4. Do we have sufficient capability and capacity to manage against our chosen Sustainability framework(s)?

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Are there priority stakeholders for my organisation?

  1. Are we reporting data that is material to ensure the right focus of the report?

  5. Do we know the degree of comfort needed to provide to our stakeholders and readers of our Sustainability report?

  1. Given the PM’s pledge to cut emissions by up to 40%, is the company ready to meet potential GHG regulations?
