Engagements are carried out on a regular basis as they are integral to our business development, relationships with stakeholders and commitment to sustainability. Our regular channels include our website, media releases, various committees and working groups as well as announcements made via Bursa LINK. We also undertake surveys for market feedback and hold public consultations for better insights into our audiences’ needs. Meanwhile, complaints and enquiries are generally directed to our Customer Service Center.
