NEW ADMISSION INTO PRACTICE NOTE 17 – PETROL ONE RESOURCES BERHAD
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that PETROL ONE RESOURCES BERHAD (“PETONE”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”).
PETONE had announced on 30 August 2012 that it is considered a PN17 Company pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(a) of PN17.
Bursa Securities would like to emphasize that Bursa Securities will continue to monitor the progress of PETONE in respect of its compliance with the Listing Requirements.
