Manager, Issuers
Listing, Regulation
Responsibilities:
- Process and assess applications for listing and quotation of new securities, review of corporate announcements and circulars and monitor continuing obligations in accordance with the Listing Requirements.
- Provide advisory services to facilitate compliance with the Listing Requirements.
- Develop and manage departmental databases for management reporting, trend analysis etc.
- Assist in analysing trends, issues and problems to enable formulation of necessary changes and enhancement to policies and strategy to achieve proactive regulation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in related fields with strong knowledge of Listing Requirements and familiar with the relevant laws and capital market rules and regulations.

Executive, Projects
Finance, Corporate Services
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the capital management and corporate finance / planning proposals to ensure effective, efficient and timely implementation in line with Bursa’s financial strategy.
- Assist in updating the Corporate Authority Limits and performing market research on new developments relevant to Bursa Group.
- Assist in assessing financial impact of projects / initiatives proposed by other departments to ensure no adverse impact on the organization's financial position.
- Perform research on, analyse latest market information and news to benchmark Bursa against regional peers and any other task required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degreein Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- Approximately 1-2 years of working experience in the capital market/financial services industry.
- Experience in investment/merchant banking preferable. Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel application.
