SL1M - Bursa Malaysia "Ready Get Set Go" Programme

“Ready Get Set Go” Programme is a training scheme for graduates under Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia. This programme is developed in collaboration between Bursa Malaysia and the Malaysian Government to create a pool of competent, well trained, knowledgeable, and skilled workforce through training courses that will help graduates attain higher skills level to enhance their marketability and employability.

Programme Structure:

  • Seven (7) Months of on-the-job training at selected department in Bursa Malaysia. This is where the graduates can apply their theory and knowledge as well as contribute constructive and practical ideas.
  • Classroom training will be provided from time-to-time which focuses on building and enhancing graduates soft-skills.
  • An allowance of RM 1,000 a month will be provided to the graduates during this period.

Requirement:

  • Malaysian Citizens.
  • Undergraduates (Local or Overseas) in any Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Administration/Law or related discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  • Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and with no prior working experience.
  • Eager and willing to learn.

Senior Manager, Market Data Licensing & Marketing

Job Specification:

  • Monitor & maintain relationships with key customer segments to improve operations and commercial opportunities as well as to achieve industry best returns to shareholders.
  • Monitor and maintain Subscribers’ and Non-Subscribers’ information to ensure that Bursa’s intellectual property rights are protected.
  • Gather information to further upgrade / replace product / services offered to enhance stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with Finance team to monitor delinquent debtors and reporting.
  • Enforce implementation of strategic marketing and communication plan (involving subscribers’) to ensure business initiatives of Bursa Group are achieved.
  • Responsible to elaborate / explains on the Market Data Policy.

Person Specification:

  • Degree / Professional qualification in Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Technical knowledge in financial market and Legal terms and conditions.
  • Able to write and elaborate on the Exchange Market Data Policy.
  • Possess strong negotiation and people management skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Good writing and communication skills.

Manager, HR Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • To implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives which includes Performance Management, Talent Development, Job Management and Culture Change.
  • To monitor and assess project / program effectiveness and impact to the stakeholders.
  • To implement Change Management activities to ensure smooth transition and acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in restructuring exercise and change management projects.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to execute HR Project as per project plan and milestone, follow through and assess the effectiveness of the implementation.
  • To conduct organization review on structure, design and resource optimization.
  • To conduct job sizing and evaluation and job fit profiling.
  • To execute Change Management activities to ensure smooth transition and acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in restructuring exercise and change management projects.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Successful candidate will be offered contract position for 1 year.
