Tadbir Urus Korporat

Sebagai pengawal selia barisan hadapan, Bursa Malaysia berazam untuk mengukuhkan piawaian tadbir urus korporat bagi mengekalkan integriti pasaran. Bursa Malaysia melaksanakan inisiatif secara berterusan untuk memupuk kepentingan mempraktikan amalan terbaik CG di kalangan syarikat tersenarai.

Panduan Tadbir Urus Korporat (CG)

Panduan CG ini bertujuan memberikan panduan praktikal kepada syarikat tersenarai bagi mempertingkatkan amalan CG dan pelaporan sejajar dengan prinsip dan amalan yang terkandung di dalam Kod Takbir Urus Korporat Malaysia (“Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance / MCCG”) serta keperluan syarat-syarat pendedahan CG dalam Syarat-syarat Penyenaraian.

Panduan CG mengesyorkan, antara lainnya, pendekatan baharu “CARE” (Comprehend (Memahami), Apply (Mengaplikasikan) dan Report (Melaporkan)) yang diperkenalkan dalam MCCG, panduan praktikal serta cadangan untuk mempermudah penerapan prinsip-prinsip dan amalan-amalan dalam MCCG oleh syarikat tersenarai. Selain itu, Panduan CG juga memberikan pandangan terperinci untuk menginternalisasi CG kepada syarikat tersenarai melalui ilustrasi, kajian kes dan rujukan daripada perkembangan antarabangsa.
